"PROJECT MONARCH" is LPDT Movement's second passion project for the year. The goal here is to raise awareness on homeless youth and bring to light the importance of the opportunity of education for all. We are aiming to fundraise $2000 in 2 months which will go towards buying new school shirts for the Monarch School and for the kids to rock at their school outings/functions!
The Monarch School of San Diego teaches and provides Academic Growth, Social Growth, Emotional Support and Life Skills to homeless children in San Diego County. Currently there are over 23,000 homeless students in San Diego County. The Monarch School is dedicated to helping homeless students break the cycle of poverty through education and WE ARE HERE to help them!
