PASSION PROJECT 001

On April 2nd, 2018, 52 beautiful young boys and girls graduated from the 6th grade at the Laurel Elementary School in Tagkawayan, Philippines. With the help of YOUR generosity and through LPDT Movement's Passion Projects Initiatives, we were able to raise $800 dollars to purchase the best graduation presents these kids have ever seen! Brand new backpacks, notebooks, umbrellas, pencils and more were delivered directly to the school just in time for their graduation ceremony. Our representatives in the Philippines were welcomed with flowers, gifts and emotional displays of happiness and graciousness. Today we were able to impact the lives of these kids and pave the way for a brighter future. #passionprojects

LAUREL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. TAGKAWAYAN, PHILIPPINES

The Laurel Elementary School is a K-6 education facility that is tucked away in the province (village) of Tagkawayan, Philippines. When we first approached the school about how we wanted to help, they were surprised and beyond grateful. No one had every done anything like this for the school, especially from a small organization in the United States. Doing this project was definitely a no brainer for us. This school was actually founded by Phillip’s grandfather, Perfecto Inocencio, who’s foundational plaque still resides on the outside walls of the school today. We knew that this was our opportunity to give back, lend a helping hand and make a difference.
